My new favorite place in Seattle. An actually allergen free bakery. I'm very allergic to dairy and sensitive to wheat so it's a godsend to find tasty baked goods I can enjoy. I love coming here to try whatever new treat they've crafted...
OMG! This bakery is so customer focused! From the first call to place my order to me literally sitting in a 3 minute zone in downtown Seattle while they brought my order to my car. I surprised my friend on his birthday and I couldn't believe how thick and delicious these brownies were. Thank you Akatsu! I'll be back.
For being free of major allergens their treats are delicious! All the goods I got were really sweet so if you have a big sweet tooth this place is for you! Their bars are my favorite! Staff are nice and give good recommendations!
